An exchange rate is the price of one country's currency in terms of another. For example, if the rate between the US dollar (USD) and the Mexican Peso (MXN) is 1 USD = 20 MXN, you would need 1 US dollar to get 20 pesos. We use the interbank exchange rates from the Mastercard® and Visa® networks as our baseline. We work to offer competitive exchange rates on every transfer, so more of your dollars reach your recipient.

Transactions are processed exclusively in US dollars. This means that the quote and the transfers of funds will only be carried out in this currency. Your recipient will receive the funds in the requested currency.

Transaction and periodic limits apply. Cash: up to $500 per transaction. Other methods: up to $1,500 per transaction. $6,000 maximum per 30-day period. Fees in international remittances refer to the charges imposed when sending money across borders. These fees can vary depending on your selected payment method, the service provider, the amount of the remittance, and the destination country. For example, debit card payments incur lower fees than cash payments. In all cases, we will quote your transfer and show your Total Cost of Remittance (TCR). We work to keep your transfer cost clear, transparent, and competitive.

Once you pay, we will give you a confirmation number and provide you with the status in near real-time until the funds are delivered to your recipient. You can also share the confirmation ID with your recipient to track the money.
